The Second UK–Western Balkans Technology Trade Mission marked a significant milestone in advancing economic, technological, and investment cooperation between the United Kingdom and the Western Balkans.
With a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation, this year's conference examined how emerging technologies are reshaping industries, economies, and global trade. Through keynote presentations, expert panels, industry-led discussions, curated B2B meetings and a dedicated Startup Showcase, participants engaged in conversations covering topics such as AI adoption, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, energy transition, finance, and the future of international trade and innovation partnerships.
The event was honoured by the participation of distinguished speakers including Lord Ranger of Northwood, Chair of the BSCC, H.E. Edward Ferguson, British Ambassador to Serbia, Marija Gnjatovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, and Ceri Morgan, His Majesty's Trade Commissioner for Europe, bringing valuable perspectives on innovation, investment and regional cooperation.
