Chair

Lord Ranger of Northwood is a distinguished member of the House of Lords. During a twenty-five-year career, he has established himself as a key figure at the intersection of politics, public service, business, and frontier technology.
Throughout his career, Lord Ranger has been instrumental in several high-impact projects. He played a crucial role in the team that implemented the London Oyster card, revolutionizing urban transportation. During his tenure working alongside Boris Johnson, then Mayor of London, Lord Ranger was responsible for transport policy, environmental policy and established the first Digital office for London. He led initiatives including delivering the iconic cycle hire scheme, supporting the development of Tech City and the initial plans for the introduction of electric vehicles. He also made substantial contributions to London's Olympic preparations, the England 2018 World Cup bid and advocated for the Crossrail project.
In the corporate sphere, Lord Ranger has applied his expertise as a senior executive at Atos, a global leader in digital transformation. He established and led strategy and corporate communications across Northern Europe, Asia-Pacific, and India, demonstrating his ability to bring innovative solutions to diverse markets. Lord Ranger has served on various prestigious boards including, techUK, Transport for London and Bristol 2015 European Green Capital City and was part of the international steering group for C40 Cities. He currently sits on the West Midlands Digital Advisory Board and is Chair of the British Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
As an international public speaker Lord Ranger frequently shares his perspectives on the future of technology such as AI and new governance and regulatory models. He is a member of the House of Lords Science and Technology committee, is Co-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Digital Money and Digital Markets, and Vice-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for AI.

Mila Korugić Milošević

Board Director

Mila Korugić Milošević is an experienced management and financial consultant, currently affiliated with Grant Thornton in Belgrade, Serbia. With over 30 years in banking and finance, she has led major economic development and corporate restructuring efforts across Serbia and Southeast Europe.
Her core expertise includes privatisation, company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, greenfield investments, and public-private partnerships. Mila has worked extensively on EU, World Bank, USAID, and commercial projects, successfully managing diverse teams and engaging with public and private sector stakeholders.
Earlier in her career, Mila held senior roles at Deloitte, where she led numerous asset assessments and privatisation deals. She later served as Finance Manager in the private sector and joined Piraeus Bank to lead organizational improvement before becoming Chief Economic Adviser to the Board. From 2015 to 2019, she served on the Supervisory Board of Komercijalna Banka, including a term as Chairperson.

Jadranka Dervišević Kitarić

Jadranka is the Director responsible for new business development, member liaison and programme implementation in the UK. A graduate of finance and banking at Belgrade University and awarded a masters degree from Cass Business School, Jadranka has over 25 years’ commercial experience in the Balkans and UK. Early in her career, Jadranka specialised in cross border trade and finance. Since 2003 she has assisted public and private sector organisations in real estate and infrastructure projects, and worked alongside multidisciplinary teams including finance, engineering and project management.

Ostoja Mijailović

Deputy Chair

Ostoja Mijailovic's career is an experienced business manager and business owner specialized across various industries. His Business career started back in 2002. when he started his own small business at the age of 22. Along with development of his business, Mijailovic developed as an important political figure in Serbia, serving as a member of Business Board in Municipality of Cacak, and MP in Serbian Parliament (2016-2020) In business, he owns and manages several companies such as British Motors, Globos Insurance, AKS Fleet Solution, Bavaria Motors, Bavaria Motorradand BM Premium Yachts. Moreover, he is engaged in sports as a President of Board at Basketball Club Partizan, Serbian Basketball powerhouse and former European Champion.

Biljana Braithwaite

Board Director

Biljana Braithwaite is the CEO and Founding Partner at Sustineri Partners, an ESG consultancy company that provides strategic advice to businesses and organizations on incorporating sustainability standards into their decisions, practices, and partnerships. Sustineri Partners is the founder and organizer of the ESG Adria Summit (formerly called Western Balkans ESG Summit), an annual regional event dedicated to sustainable development and dialogue on the greater responsibility of the business sector in relation to environmental, social, and governance standards (ESG) in practice.

He works with trading and distribution of Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, Ethanol into various countries in Africa through the bulk liquid tanks and purpose built warehouses. They are representing many of the largest commodity producers in the world.
