Could you tell us which areas of law does AKT Todorovic & Partners Law Firm cover and how you stand out from other law offices?

Ivan:We are a boutique law firm founded in 1990, based in Belgrade. Our expertise is in different areas of law - Intellectual property, Commercial law, Litigation and Arbitration, Energy law, as well as Medical, Sport and Labor law.

Our law firm consists of experienced lawyers, including trademark and patent agents, whose main goal is to provide clients with highest-quality legal support. We are committed to helping our clients’ businesses grow, starting with our dedication to understanding their needs and, further, by providing legal advice while making sure that their operations are in compliance with the law.

Our vision is to provide our clients with a comprehensive service, whether that includes the establishment and development of companies, corporate governance, joint ventures, dispute resolution, immigration issues.

Therefore, our lawyers are included in strategic decisions and experienced in dealing with complex matters as well as ongoing operations of our clients.

How has the cooperation with BSCC contributed to your development in recent years?

Ivan: The cooperation with BSCC brought us the networking opportunity with a wide range of excellent professionals and provided valuable business insights. BSCC enabled us to present our work to a broad audience, to nurture B2B relationships and to find out the latest news about the business cooperation between UK and Serbia.

In addition, we reached out to colleagues from the BSCC platform and cooperated on several occasions.

Could you tell us more about your future plans?

Ivan: We are working on establishing further collaboration with similar law offices in the region and across Europe to be able to provide our clients with a unique international approach. In addition, we will commence with more specialisations which have high potential in Serbia and BSCC will be the first to be informed about such developments.
