Last year UK Romania Group celebrated Romania's centennial at the Palace of Westminster. This year they raise money for Hospices of Hope, a charity dedicated to improving end of life care through supporting terminally ill patients and their families.
Starting in post-communist Romania, Hospices of Hope now operates in Serbia & Moldova, so the UK Romania Group welcomes Asociatia Moldovenilor din Marea Britanie and British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce as event partners.
It would be interesting for the members and partners of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce to know that the BSCC has been a staunchest support, from the very beginning to the Hospices of Hope, a UK-based charity and its counterpart BelHospice in Serbia. Our late Chairman Sir Paul Judge has supported both organizations on numerous occasions and championed providing the healthcare and kindness to those in need.
Bearing in mind this long-term relationship and the significant impact that Hospices of Hope and BelHospice Serbia have made so far, we are delighted to organize 2019 Christmas Celebration with our colleagues– the UK Romania Group.
Toast to the festive season, support an incredible cause, and savour the sounds of internationally acclaimed violinist, Alexander Balanescu, in a rare UK performance.
Tickets cost £25 and all proceeds go directly to charity (less £1.97 in Eventbrite fees). Event costs are fully covered by sponsors. Any excess raised from sponsorship - or through collections on the night - is also donated to Hospices of Hope.
Cannot attend but wish to contribute? Do it on the Hospices of Hope donation page.
Want your company to be visible at the event? Please contact the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. BSCC is proud to be one of the event partners and some of our board members are also honorary patrons of BelHospice.
We look forward to seeing you at this event of kindness and hope.
