How did you manage to scale up your startup from the Serbian to the UK market?
Ivan: The biggest factor in 60seconds' success, was our relentless focus on understanding the needs of our customers. We made sure to listen to their feedback and incorporate it into the product, which helped us ensure that 60seconds continued to meet their needs as we expanded into new markets. This customer-centric approach allowed us to build a strong and loyal user base, which was key to our success.
When expanding into new markets, it's important to do your research, thus we made sure to adapt 60seconds to fit the needs of each new market we entered, while still maintaining the core features that made our product so successful in the first place.
Finally, one of the lessons we learned along the way is the importance of having a clear and focused vision for the future. Having a clear idea of where you want to take your product, and what you want to achieve, can help you stay motivated and focused even when faced with challenges.

In addition to its flexible pricing, the automation and optimization features provided by 60seconds can help merchants reduce their costs and increase their efficiency, even during a period of economic uncertainty. By providing merchants with the tools they need to succeed, 60seconds can help them weather the storm and emerge stronger on the other side.
By leveraging its flexible pricing and powerful features, 60seconds can not only help merchants navigate the current economic crisis, but also position itself for continued growth and success in the future.
What are your plans for the forthcoming period?
Ivan: At 60seconds, we are passionate about this flexible pricing model because we believe that it has the potential to change the way ecommerce operates for the better. By enabling merchants of all sizes to access the tools they need to succeed, we can help promote a more inclusive and diverse ecommerce ecosystem.
Moving forward, we plan to continue our focus on flexible pricing and further enhance the capabilities of 60seconds to better meet the needs of our customers.
